Prices and Quotes
Where does my price come from?
Your photo. Each item in it gets matched to the published Cincinnati price list, and you see the total before booking. If you forgot something, add a picture and the number adjusts.
What is the minimum order?
$100. A refrigerator ($164) alone already clears it; a recliner ($98) on its own bills at the minimum.
Do hillside steps or basement stairs cost extra?
No. Front-step flights, walk-ups and basements are all part of the flat price.
Is Kentucky or Indiana priced differently from Ohio?
No. Covington, Florence and Lawrenceburg use the same list as Hyde Park.
How does truck-fill pricing work?
For bigger jobs we price by how much of the truck the load uses: $241 for a quarter up to $732 for a full truck. The quote compares that with item-by-item pricing.
Booking and Pickup Day
How quickly can a crew come?
That depends on crews near your address. Open windows, including same-day ones when available, are shown on the quote page.
Do I have to be home?
No. Arrange access ahead of time, and photos of the finished job are sent to you.
Who does the lifting?
Vetted local haulers booked through JunkRabbit. You handle booking and questions with us; they bring the truck and do the carrying.
Is same-day priced higher?
No. A same-day slot costs what a slot later in the week would.
What We Haul
Will you take a hot tub?
Yes. Hot tubs are excluded from the City’s bulk list, but we take one for $390.
Can you remove tires?
Yes. A set of four is $87 and a single tire $22.
What about leftover paint?
It’s priced by container: $30 per gallon can, $52 per five-gallon bucket.
Do you take remodel debris?
Yes, at $120 per cubic yard or by truck volume. See construction debris removal.
Local Pickup Rules
How does Cincinnati’s bulk pickup work?
Book an appointment online or through 311. A claw truck takes up to five items from the curb, set out the night before. Hot tubs, grand pianos, anything over six feet and construction debris aren’t accepted. More on the City’s bulk appointment.
What does Rumpke require in Newport?
Call Rumpke at least 24 hours before trash day. Freon appliances need a certified-removal sticker, and upholstery at risk of bedbugs must be sealed in plastic. See the Northern Kentucky rules.
Does Lawrenceburg pick up large items?
Yes. The City Garage collects them free on Mondays and Fridays when you call, with same-day requests due before 10 a.m. Freon items need a tag.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Hamilton County, Northern Kentucky and towns within about 30 miles, including West Chester, Mason, Fairfield, Hamilton, Oxford, Lawrenceburg and Aurora. See the full area list.
