Couch Removal in Clifton Heights
The couch came with the place two leases ago and nobody wants to claim it now. We carry it down and out before the landlord’s walkthrough: a couch is $126, a futon $111, a loveseat $119.
Fifty Thousand Students, Six Thousand Beds
The University of Cincinnati had 53,682 students in 2025, and only about 6,500 of them live on campus. The rest rent in Clifton Heights, Corryville, University Heights and Avondale — ZIP 45219, just 1.7 miles from downtown.
Locals often lump all of it together as “Clifton,” though the neighborhood of that name is a separate place up the hill. Wherever the lease is, the couches tend to change hands in the same few weeks each year.

Move-Out Week Without the Curb Pile
The City Program Takes Planning
Cincinnati’s bulk pickup runs by appointment, five items at a time, set out the night before. If your lease ends before an open date, that won’t help.
We Come Up the Stairs
The crew collects the couch from the apartment itself, so nothing waits on the sidewalk for a claw truck.
