How We Work With Families

  • You mark what stays; we take only what’s marked to go
  • Usable furniture set aside for donation first
  • Progress photos for relatives out of town
  • Basements, attics and garages included

Old Houses, Deep Basements

Upstairs

If the house has a finished attic or a third-floor bedroom behind a narrow stair, those rooms come down piece by piece, with the banister and walls padded.

Downstairs

The basement often holds the most — tools, holiday boxes, old paint and the furniture nobody wanted upstairs. It can fill half the truck by itself.

Why Not Wait for Bulk Pickup?

The City of Cincinnati takes five items per bulk appointment, curbside only, and turns away anything over six feet tall. A house takes hundreds of items and a lot of trips down the steps.

Hamilton County townships, Northern Kentucky cities and the Indiana river towns each have their own service, none built for a whole-house clear-out. One scheduled visit is simpler for everyone.

Estate Cleanout FAQs

How much does an estate cleanout cost in Cincinnati?

It’s priced by truck-fill: $241 for a quarter truck, $431 for half and $732 for a full load. Larger houses may need more than one.

Can the family be out of town?

Yes. Approve the price from photos, arrange access, and we send pictures as each room empties.

Do you take pianos and hospital beds?

Yes. An upright piano is $364 and an electric hospital bed $145.

Can you leave some rooms untouched?

Yes. We remove only what’s marked to go, so the rest of the house stays exactly as it is.

Do you work in Kentucky and Indiana?

Yes — Fort Thomas, Covington and Florence on one side, Lawrenceburg and Aurora on the other, at the same prices.

Handling a Family Home?

A few room-by-room photos are all it takes to get one flat price for the house.
